Devotion to the Word

“In the beginning there was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” ~John 1:1, The Gospel According to John

The sacredness of the Word has been part of mystery teachings and scripture since the beginning of time, as we know it. Throughout the history of Humans, not only our consciousness is important, but also our will. The power of our will or INTENTION needs to be fully embodied if we are to consciously create. As we process the meaning of the first sentence in The Gospel of John, we come to realize that our words hold a lot of power. When we speak something into being, we are activating the force of the sound current and based on our vibration, we create. This is just one example of the importance of our words. If we care to absorb the creative codes within words, we come to our true creative potential.

Whenever I read, I take my time and focus my energy in absorbing the information by being present with the process of assimilating the information. I am a lover of words. I take what I read or hear and sit with it. As I meditate and contemplate the energies of what I’ve taken into myself, I become intimately bonded with it.

Words are rich in their coding. To me, words are priceless and I am devoted to slowly uncovering their essence. I tend to slowly undress them as in a ritualistic ceremony. Each word gets my undivided attention because that is what worshipping entails. I worship the power of words. I worship the sacredness and primal power of the Word.

Words and I have, and very much enjoy, an intimate love affair. Our love affair has been intense and philosophical with lots of devotion and inspiration.

Each word is like a very expensive fine wine. If you’re a wine connoisseur, you will understand this reference. You swirl and enjoy the scent while preparing your taste buds to make that sacred contact with the priceless drops of pure heavenly aromatic essence. You savor each sip as though nothing else can steal your attention away from this experience. Our senses meld and blend to make the experience unforgettable. This is sacred. This is priceless. As such, the sacred words are meant to be worshipped in this style. They will not reveal their true essence if you gloss over their value.

Words will only truly reveal themselves to those that take their time and energy devoting themselves to the sacred love affair. When you take each word and make love to them as though nothing else mattered, when you allow yourself to be consumed by each word, that is when you will know their true value. As you love each other, you become one. This is what is entailed whenever we attempt to process the meaning of the word. The power consumes us and the love devours us into oneness.

May the Words that you consume and offer into creation Be in the highest alignment with your true potential.
